Terms of Reference
-
Each
year, the Council shall appoint a Chairperson of this Committee, and such
Chairperson shall remain qualified for re-appointment in such capacity in
subsequent years.
-
The
Chairperson will appoint members to this Committee, as he may require, and
shall obtain approval of such appointments from Council.
-
This
Committee shall have the following responsibilities relating to the Annual
Conference of the Association (the "Conference"):

Pre-registration
-
Registration
-
Social
activities
-
Guest
speaker for President’s Luncheon, who shall be pre-approved by the
President of the Association
-
This
Committee shall seek approval of the Conference format from Council.
-
The
administrative office of the Association, in consultation with this
Committee, shall have the following responsibilities relating to the
Conference:

All
correspondence
-
Continuing
education programs
-
Guest
speakers (except for President’s Luncheon)
-
Business
sessions
-
Head
tables
-
Printing
requirements
-
All
monies collected and received by this Committee are the property of the
Association. A detailed
financial statement of income and expenses must be submitted to Council no
later than December 31st of each Conference year.
